Even in odd hours, Jeremy took extra effort to reach out to us when searching for hvac techs, responded immediately when needing to troubleshoot our only source of heat on a weekend.
He then searched parts archives, order backup parts beyond the warehouse, took time when dealing with his own deadlines to get our heat back online without nickel and diming along the way.
